Steel wire winding pipe
The structural feature of the steel wire wound pipe is that there are two or more layers of winding steel wire grid-like reinforcement layers between the inner pipe wall and the outer pipe wall. The steel wires used for reinforcement are high-strength steel wires. The outer layer of the steel wires is covered before winding. There is a coating with hot-melt bonding properties and water-blocking properties. After winding on the core pipe, it is heated, extruded and coated by the middle bonding layer, and extruded and coated by the outer PE layer to ensure that the high-strength steel wire and the inner and outer PE layers are hot-melt bonded into one, thereby obtaining a composite with excellent performance pipes.
Characteristics of steel wire wound pipe
- Both inside and outside are
- concave and convex
- Lightweight and very flexible
- Soft and smooth
- Strong resistance to chemicals
- Easy piping construction
